PR Research: Netflix Analysis

Background

The work samples from this page are pulled from a report which served as my final assignment for my Public Relations Research course. Over the course of a semester, I practiced media monitoring as well as other forms of quantitative and qualitative research for mock client Netflix.

Research Questions:

  • To what extent does Netflix promote international content on social media and in both internal and external media?
  • How does Netflix engage with its audience and consumers through traditional communication channels?
  • Do audiences feel that Netflix’s social media presence enhances the experience the brand works to create through its content?
